Software

We are a QuickBooks Pro advisor which means that clients can purchase the software and payroll tax tables and payroll modules at a 20% discount thru Professional Bookkeeping Service.

On-Line

With new technology constantly changing QuickBooks is expanding to a new on-line version which means that you work off the internet on Intuit’s (the company who owns QB) server remotely.  You can have several people access the information at the same time which is like having a conference call on the phone and everyone looking at the same information at the same time. 

Thru E-Mail

We have clients who work with the software in their office then E-Mail the file to us and send their bank statements, payroll reports and check registers etc thru the mail.  We complete the task then E-Mail the completed file back to the client. This cuts down on the cost of travel for all parties.

Training

Maybe you have used the software for a while but it is not doing what you want OR your’e not getting the reports you desire.  We can help you maximize the software and stream line the time it takes to manage your finances. Some parts of the program work well and some may not be whats right for your company. Training can be done on an individual basis or for an entire office.

QUICKBOOKS PRO FOR BEGINNERS 

Come and learn the hottest business software in the market today.  QuickBooks Pro is a simplified computerized record keeping system. You will learn how to create a company from the start and walk through all the phases of the program.  This workshop will help you gain hands-on experience as to invoice and receive payments from customer, enter and pay bills from vendors, payroll, bank reconciliation, out of pocket expenses and general journal entries to obtain professional looking and accurate financial statements.  You will learn much more than what can be explained in a few sentences.

QUICKBOOKS PRO FOR EXPERIENCED USERS

A continuation of the above to include more detail in some areas described above, passwords, reports, budgets, customize reports to your company needs, send reports to excel, payroll quarterly reports, year end reports W2’s and prepare for your tax return years end.  Bring your questions to class and lets work through them as a group. Prerequisite: Prior QuickBooks experience required.
